Creamy vegetables

Creamy vegetables

Cooked vegetables from a family meal can be quickly turned into a baby meal with this microwave sauce. Use a deep measuring jug to make the sauce as it froths up during cooking. A hand-held blender fits nicely in the jug to quickly purée the hot sauce with cooked vegetables. Later, when baby can manage lumpy foods, just stir chopped or mashed vegetables into the hot sauce.

Suitable from 6 months
