Ingredients:
• 2 teaspoons flaked oats or rolled oats
• 1/3 cup water
Method:
Microwave recipe: cook time for 800 watt oven
Put oats and water in a small, deep oven-glass bowl (about 10 cm deep) as porridge froths up during cooking.
Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Let it cool a little, and then mix with breast milk or infant formula to cool and thin to a suitable consistency.
Or serve with pear purée – lovely.
