Chicken and cheese dinner

Ingredients:
• ½ cup prepared follow-on formula* or standard milk • 1 tablespoon flour • 2 to 4 tablespoons cooked, chopped chicken • ¼ cup cooked, chopped vegetables (e.g. broccoli, carrot, pumpkin) • 1 to 2 tablespoons grated cheese
Method:
Microwave method: Cook time for 800 watt oven
Make white sauce:
Put formula or milk into an oven-glass, 500 ml measuring jug (or a 5 to 6 cup capacity oven-glass bowl). Whisk in the flour until smooth. Microwave for 1 minute. Whisk well. Microwave 1 more minute. Whisk again. Stir in the cooked, chopped chicken. Purée using a hand-held blender.
Stir in the chopped or roughly mashed vegetables and grated cheese. Cover and microwave for 1 minute.
Cool to serving temperature. Mashed potato goes well with this.
