Little slices of lamb liver, soaked in milk then coated in breadcrumbs, are briefly fried to make tender, juicy finger-food strips that taste mild and delicious, especially if served with freshly made tomato dipping sauce (its also a great dip to use with cooked chicken too).

 

Alternatively, offer the liver as finger food, and serve tomato mixture from a spoon. Do buy the freshest lamb liver and cook it on the day of purchase.
