Junket
Grandma knows how to make junket, the easiest ever dessert – Miss Muffet’s curds and whey! Renco (rennet enzyme) is needed to set warm milk: look in the dessert section in supermarkets.

Ingredients:
• 250 ml standard milk
• 3 scoops follow-on formula powder*
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
• ½ teaspoon Renco (rennet)
• Pinch of ground nutmeg
Method:
Whisk formula powder and sugar into the milk.
Heat milk until just lukewarm (just over blood heat or 37 - 43°C). Whisk again.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla and Renco.
Immediately pour milk into 2 small dishes and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Leave at room temperature until set (this does not take long).
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
