Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter • 2 to 3 tablespoons hot water• ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Method:
Mix peanut butter and hot water in a small dish or cup to make a thick coating sauce. Stir in lemon juice until smooth. Serve as a dip for vegetables.Please note* If there is a strong family history of peanut allergy, delay introducing peanuts until 3 years of age.
