As a sandwich filling:
• Mashed avocado and finely grated carrot • Mix mashed avocado with cream or cottage cheese • Mash avocado and baked beans • Combine avocado with a little canned tuna or salmon • Blend avocado with hard-cooked mashed egg
Method:
Mash ripe avocado on to a slice of toast and cut into fingers. Spread mashed avocado on a split, toasted English muffin and cut into quarters.
