Minnie Mouse’s dinner
An easy, tasty lunch or dinner for toddlers or young children. Oldies like it too!

Makes 2 small servings, 1 adult serving
No added soya
Vegetarian
Ingredients:
• 2 slices white or brown toast bread
• A little butter or margarine
• 50 gram or ½ cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
• 1 egg
• 150 ml standard milk or prepared Toddler Milk*
• Optional: pepper
Method:
Trim crusts off bread then butter the slices. Cut each slice into 4 triangles. Place 4 triangles butter sides down, in a small baking dish (e.g. an enamel pie dish about 16 by 12 cm, or round oven dish, 2 to 3 cups capacity). Sprinkle over half the cheese. Make another layer of bread, then cheese.
Beat together egg and milk. Add a little pepper if you like. Pour egg mixture over bread.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
