Ingredients:

• ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
• ½ cup cold water
• 8 scoops Toddler Milk powder*
• 1 packet (85 grams) orange jelly crystals
• 1 cup boiling water

Method:

Pour orange juice and cold water into a measurement jug. Whisk in Toddler Milk powder until dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled. Meanwhile, put jelly crystals in a bowl, add 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until crystals dissolve.

Leave jelly to cool until almost beginning to set – (or consistency of unbeaten egg white).

With a rotary eggbeater, whip jelly until slightly frothy. Then whip the chilled milk mixture well until fluffy. Whip fluffy milk into the jelly.

Cover and refrigerate until set.

Serve with fruit.
