Rice egg patty
If you have some leftover rice you can make this toddler meal in a minute.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup cooked rice
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon grated cheese
Method:
Put the rice into a ramekin or small oven-glass dish (1 cup capacity, about 10 cm diameter, 4 cm deep).
Beat the egg and pour it over. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, and then microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute more.
Allow standing for 5 minutes. It should be lightly set.
Cool to suit baby before serving.
