Strawberry popsicles

Fresh, raw fruits make the very best between-meal snacks. But on hot summer days cooling fruit ice blocks are a treat for kiddies. They are a breeze to make and freeze in Popsicle moulds.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup hulled strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 banana, peeled
• 150 gram pot yoghurt (e.g. thick & creamy, berry flavours)
• 4 scoops Toddler Milk powder*

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour into plastic Popsicle moulds. Freeze until firm.

Variation: Apricot popsicles
Suitable from 12 months
Makes 5 ices

• 1 to 1 ¼ cups cooked apricots or 410 gram can apricot halves, drained
• 150 gram pot yoghurt
• 4 scoops Toddler Milk powder*

Make as above.
