Ingredients:

• 200 ml cold water
•  8 scoops Toddler Milk powder *
• 1 packet (85 grams) strawberry jelly crystals
• 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water

Method:

Measure 200 ml of cold tap water in a 500 ml measuring jug (or measure 200 ml into a bowl).  Whisk in Toddler Milk powder until dissolved (this gives 1 cup of double strength Toddler Milk).

Cover and chill for 2 hours or longer.

Dissolve jelly crystals in the cup of boiling water, stirring until totally dissolved. Leave to cool until almost beginning to set.

Using a rotary eggbeater, beat jelly for a few seconds then add well-chilled Toddler Milk and continue beating vigorously until fluffy. Cover and chill until set.

Serve with fruit – raw or cooked. Strawberries make a great garnish.
