Toddler’s steamed vegetable custard

Ingredients:
• 1 whole egg
• ¼ cup standard milk or prepared Toddler Milk*
• ¼ cup cooked grated courgette/zucchini
• Optional: 1 tablespoon cooked chopped broccoli
Method:
In a small heatproof bowl (or 2 cup oven-glass casserole), lightly beat egg and milk. Stir in vegetables. Cover with foil or lid.
Steam for 10 minutes until lightly set
Cool a little before serving
