Method:

Take a small piece of tender meat and some vegetables from your own roast dinner and purée these in a processor for baby. Add some vegetable water, cooked meat juices, homemade gravy or sauce as necessary to get a soft moist purée.

Or take some tender pieces of cooked meat from the family meat casserole and purée them with baby’s vegetable purée. Liquid from meat casseroles can be frozen in ice cubes to add nourishment and flavour to future meals.
