Im at week 11 and have felt bad since week 6. I havent been physically sick but in the early afternoon to evening i dont feel good at all. They say that if you eat small portions through out the day instead of just 3 big meals this should help; not for me. I have found that mints help when im feeling really bad. Im just looking forward to this ending in the next few weeks. then I can really enjoy my pregnancy.

I am a mother of three and my youngest is now 18months. I suffered with hyperemesis thru all three pregnancies and it didnt let up until the secound they were born. I spent most my time in hospital on drips and tried every trick in the book from chewing on ginger and dry biscuits to drinking flat cola nothing worked but once my babies were born I forgot about all of that. Amazing what we put our bodies through!

I hope this helps somebody. But I've had 2 childen, my youngest now just turned 8months. I had a extreme morning sickeness with my first until my 2nd trimester. With my second the same but i snacked on peices of ginger from the baking isle and it worked! It subdued the ill feeling, and when i started to feel it come on again, popped in another. That and also sipping on vitafresh sports water.

I'm the same, I'm in week 7 and been feeling light-headed and nauseous for the last couple of weeks, haven't actually thrown up though. That combined with the usual aches and tiredness ... really hoping it won't last long but I've resigned myself to putting up with it for now!

Has anyone got advise for cures to try? I find ginger ale hard to stomache and gingernuts are ok but don't want to pig out on too many of these!

i'm at week 7 and i've been nauseous and dizzy for a couple of weeks and today i feel unbelievably sick but i haven't thrown up yet...is it the kind of sick where throwing up makes you feel better, or does it make you fee worse?

I got morning sickness at six weeks which developed into hyermesis by week 8 but if your not feeling very sick don't worry some women don't morning sickness at all. And don't believe the saying of that the worse the morning sickness the stronger the baby because its just an old wives tale and doesn't make any difference

i didnt start suffering until about 7 or 8 weeks. i managed to work out what my trigger foods were, so by avoiding them i was actually only physically sick twice, but i felt sick every morning and evening from about 7 or 8 weeks until about 14 weeks.
