I’m passionate about babies because I have two little boys myself, and I enjoy talking to other mums as I can often relate. In my 2 years with the company as a Customer Care Representative, I’ve helped hundreds of parents with their questions about our products. Some Useful Tips

  • Some babies are more sensitive when changing from one formula stage to another, so why not try changing just one feed a day to the new formula for a more gradual transition

  • Write the date on the outside of your can of formula when you open it, this will help ensure you do not use formula that’s been open for more than 4 weeks

  • Mix the formula - powder to water ratio - for a bottle of formula you are preparing exactly as is written on the can to avoid any concentrated or diluted feeds
